Samuel has practical knowledge in website development
and hosting.
From 1998 to 2003, Samuel was the Country Manager for World Links Ghana, a World Bank initiated ICT in schools project. Samuel successfully implemented the project in 31 high schools across 5 regions in Ghana. This involved project management, setting up computer labs and Internet connectivity, training selected teachers as national trainers for "ICT in education", establishing partnerships, facilitating the processes for drafting national ICT in education policy for the Ministry of Education. He also has experience in facilitating ICT Training by e-learning. As an entrepreneur, Samuel is the founder and CEO of Vitalinfonet Computer Services for developing, hosting and supporting websites and providing other Internet applications and solutions that are client tailored that ensures that each solution becomes a useful and integral part of his clients business operations and promotional efforts. Samuel has successfully executed short-term contracts as an IT Management and Training Consultant, in developing content and facilitating training for organizations, including; COLEACP/PIP(Belgium), America Peace Corps(Ghana), One World(Zambia), DataBank(Ghana), BusyInternet(Ghana), and Private Enterprise Foundation/USAID(Ghana) mainly in the effective utilization of ICTs as an integral part of their daily business activities to enhance and promote business. He has also been involved in developing content and delivering training to teachers in IT in education to enhance teaching and learning for 7 years now for World Links in Ghana, World Links in India, International Education And Research Network in the United States of America, and the Video Educational Trust in the United Kingdom. He has presented and contributed papers at conferences including the Africa Development Forum, e-Schools of NEPAD, and SchoolNet Africa. Samuel has offered varied IT consultancy services
and also served in various capacities on IT committees
in organizations and projects such as Ghana Education
